YieldMax MSTR Option Income Strategy ETF is a single-stock covered-call fund on MSTR, the software firm that stuffed its balance sheet with Bitcoin. It does not hold the shares. It builds synthetic exposure with options, parks cash in Treasuries, and sells call spreads against that position. Option premium funds the weekly distributions, often as return of capital.
