Harvest Bitcoin Enhanced Income ETF holds Bitcoin through a spot ETF. The holding is iShares Bitcoin Trust. Harvest writes covered calls on that holding and uses about 25% leverage to pay a high monthly distribution. Bitcoin itself pays nothing, so option premiums and the extra borrowed Bitcoin are the whole income story. The calls give away some of a rally. Leverage makes the drop worse. This is Harvest's levered Bitcoin income ETF.
