GOOG Dividend Summary
Alphabet is Google's parent. Search and YouTube ads still throw off the cash that funds everything else, including Cloud, Waymo and AI. GOOG is Class C without votes, unlike GOOGL. The dividend is small on purpose. Buybacks returned most of the cash for years. The cash dividend comes from advertising cash flow. Investors own it for Google, not the dividend.
