NEOS Nasdaq-100 High Income ETF holds Nasdaq-100 stocks, Apple and Nvidia among them, and writes listed index calls so the premium can fund distributions. It buys calls too, which leaves more upside than selling calls against the whole book. Index options get a better tax shake than stock options, and distributions often come as return of capital. The 0.68% fee is steep next to a plain QQQ tracker. Covered-call Nasdaq with some upside still attached.
